Hello, my name is Murphy. I am making this because while I was trying to get the "On a Rail" achievement I put my minecart down on a powered rail and it would not stop shaking. I tried getting into it multiple times and even place it down on a flat surface but it would not move or work. Does anyone know whats going on?

However, this issue is Working as Intended.
As @unknown mentioned you have used activator rails. To power a minecart you will need to use powered rail.

Those are activator rails that eject mob or player out of minecart.
