Yellow Coral Blocks (Horn Coral Blocks) have been using the incorrect texture for a long time now in Minecraft Bedrock, however the dead block variant of Horn Coral is using the correct texture. This texture bug hasn't been fixed since the Aquatic Update has been released and I have reported it several times now.
