There's bug in this beta version (and in the previous version). Conduit power or effect didn't when in the rain (in water it still activated), also phantom didn't want to attack us player when I use cheat to summon them in my survival world...
My phone is Xiaomi Mi6....

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
