[MCPE-3742] GUI is too small with Samsung Galaxy S4 big screen

D-Pad is too small (setting it to bigger don't work), inventory slot only 7, etc

All issues related to the GUI HUD D-pad controller size being too small (despite the setting in the options that changes the D-pad controller size) have been linked to MCPE-3041.
