Crash at first action I do

Every single time I try to play since 1.6.0 came out, the main screen loads, I get logged into my Xbox account, but as soon as I click any button, it does what the button is supposed to do (Play shows worlds, Settings opens the settings, etc) and then the game immediately freezes. I tried rebooting my iPad multiple times, no effect, I tried waiting to see if the game would unfreeze, and even after 10 minutes, it’s still frozen at the same place. I cannot play at all, please help!
