Bugs with time, horses, placing blocks and arrows

Horses have been buggy for a while now, they flash colors constantly. (See attached picture)

After my update today arrows fly super slow and the distance is very unpredictable. 

When breaking blocks with an enchanted pickaxe they break but come right back, sometimes they break but glitch.

When the sun tries to go down it glitches and comes right back up over and over making the screen flash.
