I have created a villager breeder and a turtle farm. After I fed the turtles and gave food to the villagers they went to different corners and stay there. They do not breed. Also, I have not been able to find turtle eggs at all in my world. Since I am a streamer on Mixer, if you need video I can send you some, just let me know.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them. Have a look at the issue guidelines (link below).
I suggest having a look at the wiki for turtle breeding, before creating a new separate issue in this section.
"If two turtles are fed with seagrass, they will enter love mode. One of the turtles will then have an egg in its inventory, and will begin making its way back to its home beach. Once the egg-filled turtle returns to its home, it will find a nearby sand block to lay the eggs on. After several seconds of digging action on top of the sand, it will lay 1–4 turtle eggs.
