I placed a piston facing towards the negative z-axis and expected it to render normally.
Instead, the top of the piston rendered the piston head twice.
Steps to recreate:
Place a piston facing towards the negative z-axis.
The piston should now be rendering wrong.
I am using an RCA Galileo Pro Tablet
