[MCPE-3832] iPad control ratio

iPad movement control scheme goes from small to unplayable tiny.

Can you fix the sizing to max at the size it was in 0.6.1

All issues related to the GUI HUD D-pad controller size being too small (despite the setting in the options that changes the D-pad controller size) have been linked to MCPE-3041.
