So, I did this multiple times in creative mode and I've got the exact same result. When I tame a cat it floats and it's body is in a weird position. I can push them (but one time I just went through it like it wasn't there) and they finally stop levitating in that weird position only when I make them stand up.
(My phone is a samsung J7)
