[MCPE-38657] The "Down button" to climb down with scaffolding is glitched in swaped buttons and sneak button

Here's the screenshot of why I reported this bug

The down button was so near to the sneak button that I can't climb down using scaffolding

I like the swaped version of the buttons because I've been playing MCPE for many years and that's what old players use

But the swap version had a problem with the scaffolding

This also also happened to 1.8.0.8 and other versions where scaffolding block is added
