[MCPE-38957] Can’t change the skin.

Okay again in English,
Hello team,

So me and my best friend play the game Minecraft PE Windows 10.
And yeah we can’t change our skins only if we leave the game and start it new.
Please try to fix that it’s kinda important for us because we play a roleplay game there.
Hope you understand what I mean.
