[MCPE-39268] On mcpe version 1.7.0 when attempting to change skins whether in game ir out it will not show the new skin unless refreshing the app

Me and my friends are playing on a world and for all of us when changing skins it will not show to anyone (including the person changing skins) unless the app is refreshed
