[MCPE-3982] Roses colour bug

Roses should be the colour red,
But they are blue. Roses are needed for red dye which is a main component of most other dyes.

Where do I find mushrooms on pocket edition? As I have searched over the maps I have but I cannot find a single mushroom.

Many maps don't have them. If the map doesn't have any you need a nether reactor to get them.
