Tropical Fish all have a bugged black secondary color.

All Tropical fish that are spawned in using a Bucket of Tropical Fish or Tropical Fish Spawn Egg have black as a secondary colour which shouldn't appear. This issue persists even if the fish is captured in a bucket, as the name of the fish is inconsistent with the texture. The issue is purely visual but can be unsightly.
