Skin probelm

Hi today download some skin and when I choose a skin from gallery when it come bake me to minecraft there is no skin like invisible I did not see any skin I try reinstall minecraft 3 time but seem same  thing  😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳
