[MCPE-42288] Leather Horse Armor Bugged

Leather horse armor when equipped on a horse displays incorrectly. The armor doesn't get dyed and the saddle is invisible.

This is because the game is not treating the horse armor TGA the same as sheep TGA, when the dye mechanics should be the same.
