[MCPE-42433] Bamboo does not spawn in old part of world and parrots disappear.

Bamboo does not spawn in my older part of the world, where there is a jungle biom there is no bamboo only pandas. Also I think parrots despawn as i had 3 in a house and one is gone.

Bamboo cannot generate in terrain that was explored beforehand

Also bamboo generating in the world is a experimental feature only currently
