When I tried to enchant a weapon/tool with an enchanting book, took out the weapon/tool from the first slot (see picture) it left an enchanted yet not movable, not really existing item.

When trying to enchant a weapon/tool and taking it out from the 1st slot, it creates an "phantom" item.
