[MCPE-4273] When I break redstone it will not drop

When I break redstone it won't drop

What I expected to happen was...:
Describe what you thought should happen here
It should drop redstone
What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here
It broke and nothing dropped
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ...get an iron pick on survival
3. ...try to dig redstone

Until now, that's how it's supposed to be. Redstone hasn't still been added to the game, just the ore. If you have already played PC or Xbox 360 Version, you must know that the ore drops redstone dust unlee you have a silk touch enchanted pick, but we don't have enchanting on PE Version yet.
