[MCPE-4274] Hotbar does not add more slots even when D-Pad size is in the smallest size possible.

If I try to make my D-Pad size small enough to add another slot, unlike most of the other users, my hotbar will stay with 5 slots instead of 6.

Oh really, didn't know. I thought that it was a bug since I've seen some youtubers with slpit touch controls and six slots instead of five.
