Snowball in survival does not work. When thrown, snowball moves and does no damage to objects.

What I expected to happen was...:
Snowball was suppose to do damage to objects such as mobs and other players

What actually happened was...:
The snowball was thrown and had no affect to any object such as mobs and players. Snowball action movement didn't work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a snowball using a shovel and dig the snow.
2. Attempt to throw snowball at mob or object
3. Throwing movement doesn't work. Mob or player is not damaged

Please fix

This could be a feature but not a bug, snowballs just take damage to hostile mobs and passive mobs, not to objetcs

Actually snowballs only damage endermen and blazes(neither of them added in MCPE yet),or armor(ONLY the armor and NOT the player)
