Tropical fish colors broken when manually spawn

Whenever you manually spawn in a tropical, whether it be bucket, egg, or command, the colors of the tropical fish always have white. You can’t get a tropical fish with the colors of green and pink for instance. You can however get green and white, or pink and white. It hasn’t been tested if it’s the same for wild tropical fish, just manual topical fish is known.
