Pickaxe and shovel texture flipped

A pickaxe texture would have a pickaxe texture and a shovel texture would have a shovel texture
Describe what you thought should happen here

I was using a diamond shovel and pickaxe, and SOMETIMES when switching between other items and those items, the texture would be wrong. If I was using a shovel and it looked like a pickaxe it would still operate as a pickaxe. Also the textures in the inventory looked right and had the right name, but the texture was wrong.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a diamond pickaxe and shovel in your main inventory among other things
2. Switch items back and forth and it might be the wrong texture
