[MCPE-43611] Minecarts disappearing when touching fishing rod bobber

When trying to hook an animal in a minecart, the minecart disappeared but the animal was caught on

The item did not drop, the entity just vanished(confirmed after checking by killing all minecarts)

To do it:

throw fishing line at minecart
