Duplication Glitch

OK get this:
if you place a block, press the home button, then press it twice more to open up your history, hold down minecraft as if your going to delete it (in history), press the red circle, open up minecraft, play selected world, and block is on the floor AND is in your inventory (may not work always, also may not work with large number of blocks)
