After searching for wolves, I've encountered a wolf in the rain and it repeated the shaking animation when wet from swimming. It kept doing that animation causing the wold to look glitcjy and twitchy. Yet when under cover, the animation continues and finish.

Wolves will keep on doing the shaking animation when wet on rain. Causing the wolf to become glitchy and just look like twitching when it's raining.
