Seagrass doesn't properly get destroyed.

If you were to have seagrass sitting on a block, then destroy that block, the correct result would be for the seagrass to be destroyed. However currently the seagrass does not do that. This bug also effects double seagrass, where if you were to break the bottom piece, the top would remain floating.
