[MCPE-44165] Wandering Trader

The wandering trader system is absolutely broken in experimental gameplay. They sometimes spawn without their llamas, sometimes one of their llamas despawn instead of them, sometimes the trader doesn't despawn at all.

Nintendo Switch, the Wandering Trader does spawn in with llama but are separated, lead was found on ground next to trader, and llama had ventured off.

This was during experimental gameplay in 1.10 so no I'm pretty sure the wandering trader is fine now
