Sometimes villagers just stand on the bed, and this villager won't leave this bed or try to move(And he is not sleeping,just stand on the bed. i also notice mobs won't move when they're between The fence and trapdoors or when they're on top of the bed) ,you need to destroyed the bed to let him out of this situation :/
