Seed: Coastal Village (-1813740965); Survival Mode; Normal Difficulty; Infinite Size; world created after Beta v1.11.0.7.
All my villagers are being wiped out by husks, drowned, zombies, zombie villagers, and pillagers. The iron golem is not affective, and it is killed rather quickly. Most of my villages are empty in the Coastal Village world. There are so many hostile mobs the villagers have zero chance. The villagers do not go into the houses at night and close the doors. Husks and covered zombies kill villagers in the daylight.

I believe the seeds in the seed picker (like Coastal Village) were hand-picked by the Community Management team. Because 1.11 has so thoroughly changed world generation, it's very possible that what used to be a good, representative seed will no longer be after its release. I'm pretty sure Helen Angel said they were planning to revise the suggested seeds. If Coastal Village is as chaotic as you're describing, it will no doubt be replaced.
However, from your descriptions it sounds like the game may be more off-balance than can be discerned from the evidence of a single village with an unfortunate seed. I personally haven't seen that, but I've mostly been focused on what's going to happen to a specific village in my survival world, and a lot of the time I've had mob spawning turned off. The imbalance would be more of a design problem than a bug, but I'll bring this to MegaSpud's attention in case he wants to bring it up with the CM team.
I tried posting about this but not a single response. The zombie on Bedrock have been targeting villagers through multiple solid blocks since 1.10.
Coastal Village is only chaotic BECAUSE of this. I've played Coastal Village for a long time, never had issues until 1.10. This is a problem with how Zombies and their variants are targeting the villagers, along with villagers not closing doors at night, regardless if they have a bed to go to or not (also as of 1.10/EX. Gameplay).

From your description, this could be working as intended. In 1.11, you need to provide your villagers with beds inside a safe building. Without beds, they won't know where to go to escape from mobs. You may also have to build a fence, wall, or other barrier around the village and light it up to limit how many husks and zombies can get to them while they're trying to get to their safe place,
If you have already provided beds and a barrier, it might be that the barrier allows the villagers to get too far from their beds. I have found that it often takes half the night for a villager who has wandered too far from finding their way home. I don't know if that's intended behavior, though.
