[MCPE-44401] Placing Shulker Box on the same block you're standing on

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get a Shulker box
2. place it on the block you are standing on

when placed it pushes you out of the way and places the shulker box on the block your were standing on but you should not be able to place blocks on the same block you are standing on.
