Old Zombie Villagers still roaming in the update 1.11

Old Zombie Villagers will still spawn naturally in the night in any surface, while the new one have no sounds and it doesn't spawn naturally in worlds. In the video, i found an Old Zombie Villager that spawn naturally, pls fix this.
