I played with a couple of friends but not on Realms and my friend found a clone of him that would attack him when he saw it.

How did he know it was not another player? In 0.7.2, there is a player list where you can see if some of your friends are having fun with you.
Actually, it only happens when you are on an offline server. Sorry! Haven't tested since then.
And YES, the clone was standing still, it was just attacking my friend. He could not do damage to the clone as that would do damage to him. THAT IS WHY I CALLED IT S CLONE!
No clone would attack a player. It would just be standing still.
