I've recently created a village in my realms. First couple days i dealt with raids with no issues, but now I'm stuck on a raid. My villagers wont come out their housing, i can hear the raider horns but no sign at all of any raiders, I've searched all around for a large area and can't find a single raider. The bar often fills all the way but no raiders.

That happened to me once. I was doing a raid to get better trades from the villagers I had cured, and so I went next to the dirt hut to start the raid. I could hear the horns, but the pillagers weren't appearing. After a few days, (real time) I went around a mountain that's by my house to look for the pillagers, and then the pillagers appeared. Maybe you just need to give it time.
This recently happened to me where the raid party spawned in caves below the village.
