[MCPE-45461] Sheep are not changing grass into dirt

I was making an automatic wool farm then i noticed that the sheep were eating grass and regaining their wool yet not updating the block below them to change it into dirt.

this issue is something to do with my world. i dont believe its an actual issue and i dont know what happened

I just uploaded to 1.14.3 and I have the same bug in my world now!

I actually googled a lot and found out that when MobGriefing is off, the sheep can not eat the grass... '^.
So I fixed it! Sorry for the spam.
Hopefully others can use this answer.
