Zombie Villagers do not convert to drowns no matter what. Saw this was a problem once but said it was patched but now its not anymore.

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MCPE-33219.
That ticket has already been resolved, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
