Every time I try to fill a barrel with items, once it's about to be filled the game crashes.

This has happened to me as well. Lost a few shulker boxes and their contents as well trying to transfer the items over to a barrel as a result of the crash. I did notice that if you drag an entire stack into the last slot rather than using the quick transfer the game doesn't crash.
This was fixed in 1.12.0.13 Beta.

Hello,
I have the same crash. When i try to fill up the barrel, the last time pressing Y the game freezes. I has happend a couple of times now on xbox one beta.
I was able to capture the crash in a video that i added here.
