Can't craft certain items

Cannot Reproduce

Unable to craft certain items. Anvil recipe completely missing from start. Was able to craft beetroot soup for a short while, after relog also missing recipe and unable to craft.

The issue no longer happens as the Bedrock version of Minecraft has been updated.
