Horses and llamas are usually jumping as we can see in the videos. The most annoying thing in this bug is the noise that horses are doing while they jump for several minutes.

It looks like their pathfinding seems to not know that the block in front of them is not possible to jump over.
I'm having the same issue. I've surrounded my house by bamboo only one layer deep. All of the animals and the Endermen are "stuck" and jumping. They look like carousel animals. It's very frustrating.
