[MCPE-46327] The dispenser block doesn't work with the composter block

I tried to use the dispenser with the composter, but the dispenser only drops seeds, It should put them inside the composter.

You should be using hopper, not dispenser. Hopper on top of the composter (pointing down toward the composter) will put food items into the composter. Hopper below the composter will pull created bone meal.
