[MCPE-4640] Animal Spawning?!

What I expected to happen was...:
That when I kill my animals, new animals will respawn.

What actually happened was...:
There are now animals in my world other than chickens from eggs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. KILL ANIMALS!
2. Turn it to peaceful mode.
3. Look around the whole entire world.
4. No animals

I think that when you turn on peaceful NO mobs will spawn and animals are also mobs.

No, In my other worlds, when I turn it to peaceful more animals spawn. Peaceful is to remove all "mobs" as in all monsters. Even when my world is not on peaceful, there are still no animals.
