Hello, I'd like to ask about this, so the title is odd, but let me explain. Shouldn't the villager select a profession ONLY if they can see the work station? (IMAGE 1)
[media]Is this a bug, or a feature? Because I have a setup that I store villagers in, so should I just go set their profession before I get them near my base? The reason I ask is due to a farm that I have that uses villagers and those villagers detect the work stations I'm trying to use with these villagers.(IMAGE 2)
[media]These villagers will detect work stations outside of their view, even if they are unable to get there. (IMAGE 3)
[media]So my question is: Could this be fixed? That way villagers could only select professions based on if they can visually see the work station, instead of detecting it? Or was that the intended feature? It's just a real headache to transport these guys.

Works as intended. Villager isn't required to claim workstation on sight.
