I found this village and not shortly after i started living there. I fenced of the village so tge villagers wouldn't escape and there was no danger of zombies or enemies because i was playing on peaceful. But i started saw a difference in the amount of villagers there was in the village. From 10 it dropped to 5. I thought it would not happen again but it did. I had like 15 villagers and the nect time i entered the game there were only 5. Even the villager i name tagged disappeared. Plese fix this because my mending villager disappeared ;-;

I have the same issue playing on iOS, in survival peaceful mode. When I first started the world I was on easy mode and there were plenty of villagers. I changed to peaceful mode and there were still plenty of villagers. But I went exploring and when I came back a few days later there were only two left. The iron golem was gone too. I found other villages on my travels and the first one I visited had a few people, then after a few days only two left. Other villages I found after that had no villagers at all. They’re not being killed as I’m on peaceful. It’s very frustrating and there’s no point in playing with such a bug present.

We have a realm and we recently created a trading hall of villagers at our base. We have now had all of them disappear at three times, half of them disappear and now just one is gone. We keep having to restore from backups that we have just to retrieve them. Hours of work have been lost in doing this. To us it's just no longer worth putting that much work and play into with this bug. I think we will need to take a break from Minecraft until this bug is fixed. So incredibly frustrated.
