I have built an artificial village and test some layouts.
One of them i've surrounded some villagers and the floor was only beds. They can't reach the job sites on the other corner on the bed. They can't walking around for gossip and walking stuff.
They can sometimes sleep, sometimes not, and stay "stuck" on the oposite corner of bed.
