Music disc 11 in game sounds different than the music mp3 soundtrack

I have the music file of music disk eleven on my computer and its one of my favorite songs but then i turned it on in my world and it sounded like a guy smashing and scraching something. i have put 2 music files for you to listen to listen to both and you will find the difference
