[MCPE-48016] Shield disappears when reloading the crossbow

If you load a crossbow with a shield in the offhand, it disappears. This never happened before 1.13.0.1 beta.

To reproduce

1. Hold a shield and the offhand and a crossbow in the mainhand.
2. Tap and hold to load the crossbow (Android) Hold right-click to load the crossbow (Windows 10).

This is a most likely a feature. I mean i takes to hands to reload a crossbow so how could you still be holding the shield
