Cake bug

The Cake damage level does not save when exiting the game

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to eat cake and leave some and reenter the game and the same amount to be there when i came back

What actually happened was...:
I ate some cake exited the game came back and the cake level was restored

Steps to Reproduce:
1. eat cake but leave some left over
2. exit the game (quit to title, exit to home screen)
3. reenter game
4. cake is restored to full block of cake

Please fix this bug! Thanks!
