Window and Color Window Bug/glitch

When it's raining And/or snowing you can see rain drops or snow through glass. But for no reason sometimes the rain or snow disappear when looking through glass/Windows Additional information: if you stand far away from the Glass Window you can't see rain drops. or snow If you stand Medium distance from the glass Window You can't see the rain drops or snow.If you stand close to the Glass Window you can't see the rain drops or snow. If you stand right Next to the Glass Window then you can see rain drops or snow. If you are not looking through Glass Windows. You can see rain drops or snow. Note: You can still see Lightning through Glass Windows,Color Glass Windows,Glass Pain Windows,or Color Glass Pane Windows. See Attachments Below
