My house was struck by lightning and my roof caught on fire, the top floor is where I keep my parrots. My parrots caught fire along with the roof and I managed to put out all the fire but lost a few parrots but was able to put out a few parrots. However, now whenever any parrot is within about 50ish blocks of where my parrots caught fire the parrots emit an "on fire" sound. Most but not all parrots do this at first, but those who don't emit this sound start doing so after you interact with them. It's incredibly annoying and also makes you very nervous to hear a burning sound in your house all the time. It's been like this for a month or so, Restarting, closing, or changing anything does nothing. The only fix I have found is to restart the server completely which I do not want to do.

I killed literally all my parrots, went to a jungle and got new parrots and brought them back to my house after the fire was out and all my previous parrots were dead. There's nothing there for them to hear and imitate, furthermore it only happens in that specific area, I even destroyed my entire house and the parrots still sound like they are on fire when they are in that area. I went into creative on a copy server and blew up everything leaving nothing but air blocks so there's literally nothing there and it still does it. Plus It doesn't even sound like an imitation, it sounds like they are actually on fire.
I dont think this is a glitch, if the parrot heard the burning it will continue to make that sound though out its life, other parrots hear it and copy it.
